Level 1) All Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing forms are provided to you in PDF format by email for you to complete and file.
No fee to me; you file them and pay the $299.00 filing fee.
Level 2) You fill out the Chapter 7 forms I provide to you in PDF format by email; I review these with you before filing to make sure they are correctly executed; you file them with the Bankruptcy Court and pay the $299.00 filing fee - No other services or court appearances by me.
My Fee: $500.00
Level 3) The above, plus I sign the petition as the attorney of record. You file them with the Bankruptcy Court and pay the $299.00 filing fee - No other services or court appearances by me.
My Fee: $1,000.00
Level 4) You furnish me all of the information required on my Bankruptcy Information Form and I complete the Chapter 7 Petitions and Exhibits; I sign as attorney of record; I file the executed forms needed and accompany you to the 341 meeting (creditors meeting) and repreesent you on any further matters in the Bankruptcy Court. You pay the $299.00 filing fee.
